 Responsibilities:

 

    1. Lead generation and qualification.
    2. Opportunities creation and follow up to closure.
    3. Maintain and nature relationship with the customer.
    4. New customer acquisition.
    5. Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
    6. Generate new business from existing clients through cross sell and upsell and seek referrals for potential customers.
    7. Coordinate with other departments within the company.
    8. Negotiate contracts with the customers.
    9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and markets conditions and advise accordingly.
    10. Do presentations to customers
    11. Collaborate with marketing department to ensure marketing is done
    12. Regularly engage the customers through meetings, calls and events
    13. Escalate problems immediately.
